We are a family run business that has settled in the US and offer you our excellent services. We ourselves owned a rental home before moving here and therefore feel we are qualified to know the needs of our owners. We treat all rental homes with the same care that we lavish on our own home. We feel that you have made a valuable investment and that your commitment has to be protected. All services are carried out by our own people.
Our rental program is available to all owners that meet our criteria. We have agents in the UK that work exclusively for us. We are of course happy for you to obtain any, or all of your bookings and we will work with you to achieve maximum occupancy. Our past occupancy has been upward of 85% but we are always looking for new avenues to explore for more potential clients. We currently advertise in the Kissimmee/St. Cloud tourist guide and are receiving a good response in the US market.
As a small family company we always put our owners needs and requirements first and continue to protect your investment. You as an absentee owner need to have a company that you can fully trust and we know that you can have confidence in us.
Management
- Oversee your property and keep secure.
- Ensure that any major repair work is carried out as per your
instructions.
- Inspect property after guest departure and schedule minor repairs.
- Provide guests check in/out service.
- Arrange cleaning on departure of guests.
- Maintain records and renewal of all licenses.
- Maintain a reservation service.
- Pay all bills (if required) on time.
- Pay Sales tax.
Lawn Care
- Cut, edge and blow lawn on a weekly basis.
- Attend to bushes/shrubs and weed flower beds.
- Treat lawn with pesticide twice yearly.
Swimming Pool
- Maintain chemical balance in pool water.
- Clean furniture and decking weekly.
- Clean pool.
Pest
- Provide a monthly exterior/interior pest control service.
Cleaning
- Clean home including all washing of linen upon guests' departure.
